Introducing Saflex Evoca XIR.SR

Engineered for panoramic sunroofs, Saflex Evoca XIR.SR is an advanced PVB interlayer with IR‑reflective technology that reduces solar heat while maintaining a neutral reflective color. It combines strong solar performance with greater design freedom for visible light transmission to help support cabin comfort and EV efficiency.

Saflex Evoca XIR.SR was engineered to maintain a neutral, consistent reflected color across glass types and viewing angles. It pairs with a wide range of PVB colors — including the Saflex 52 Dark Granite color family,
available in multiple visible light transmission (TVIS) levels — and other interlayer performance options, including acoustic. These options enable designers and engineers to achieve the intended look and performance across panoramic roofs.

Take charge of comfort

Saflex Evoca XIR.SR reduces overhead total solar transmittance (Tts) to cut solar heat entering the vehicle. Less heat buildup means a noticeably cooler interior, improved passenger comfort and reduced thermal load.
