Construction of a residence for students and private researchers and a third place on the ground floor. 231 dwellings developed on a device rich in varieties, formats, typologies. 305 rooms for students, 41% of which are shared. The variety of housing is expressed in relief on the facades. The active base of the ground floor, inviting and bright, participates in the animation of the southern boulevard with its sports facilities, catering, collaborative work... The double heights, balconies, loggias, terraces, mark the diversity of the dwellings. The programmatic combination of formats, from T1 to T5, organizes the design of the South facade. Loggias, balconies, withdrawn, double heights, regulate, in balance, the slight pleating of this face exposed to the sun, protected by movable shutters, revealing the variety of domestic situations, ranging from individual housing to shared accommodation.
